For best results, we strongly recommend attending the Sprint with a team of 2–3 others from your church.

You’ll be working hands-on through our Acceleration Deck© in guided lab sessions designed to foster deep conversation, rigorous analysis, and unified decision-making. The insights and strategies you develop together are meant to directly shape your church’s financial and missional future.

Who should come? Ideally, your team includes:

  • The Lead Pastor
  • An Executive Pastor (or someone in an equivalent strategic role)
  • A Lay Leader or Board Member with business, finance, or operational experience
